Bluetooth addition to stock radio?

Has anyone added an aftermarket device that will add bluetooth to the stock radio? I hate to change out the stock radio. I enjoy that piece of history that is the cassette deck.

Also, my factory CD changer is toast. i had it fixed once, not messing with it anymore. Has anyone taken it out and used that space for storage with a plastic filler or squeezed a bluetooth speaker in there?

There are a number of handsfree bt that will connect to radio and stream music or phone calls etc
Eg. I have a blackberry vm 605 there is
One call parrot as well
Check Radio shack
