Maybe getting a second lightweight fiber engine hood and spray painting it mat black or a truck color matching sand color in mat finish would be a better option but not sure yet, it depends on cost vs quality considerations. Upside to getting a second light weight hood would be weight savings, not having to install / remove and reinstall decal on the OEM hood periodically to keep it looking good, etc.
Does anyone have recommendations for a source of good quality fiber type replacement engine hoods for the PF or Frontier trucks.
