Have you played around with it much? The two outside seats have 7 different positions they can be locked in, and I know one of them is very close to being even with the center seat. I usually have them reclined all the way because otherwise they are too vertical for my passengers.

do you mean the tops of the seats are at different heights, or
do you mean that one backrest is further forward than the other?

I noticed they were slightly off when I first bought the Pathfinder in 07, but I folded the seats down, and haven't used them since. It doesn't bother me.

3rd row? Ugh, I guess my mind read 2nd row. I've only seen my 3rd row twice, but I seem to remember both being even.

My second row seats are not even. The middle backrest shoulder area leans at an angle to the right.

Told the dealer where I bought the Pathfinder from and they said they can't do anything about it. I won't be going back to that dealer again for further repairs or adjustments, just oil changes.

They won't even replace my fricken console latch and the piece is sold at $18 retail. I'm sure it costs nothing to them with the money they make on repairs. They wouldn't even fix my window rattle without a charge.

They didn't even bother checking my steering wheel audio controls after I showed a problem to a service rep.

I bought it new just over 2 years ago with 30,000km on the odometer.

Wow... I've gone off topic and didn't realize... sorry.

my 3rd row is always up because i dont want to ruin the leather!

mine are even... i think the 3rd row can only lock up in one position.

unless there were some recent cost cutting measures put in place (i.e. for the 2008 models and newer), only the 1st and 2nd row seats are leather. the 3rd row is not.

my third row is even but my question is my 2nd row does not fold flat. it is higher than the rest of the floor. is that normal?
