That little dial allows you to set different diagnostic modes. If you return it to the counter clockwise position all should be well with that, but it wont cause the issue of losing power. Thanx I can see where the bumper mounts attach now and you bet I plan to put recovery points on. I plan to put them on either side of the winch and have them in line with the mounts to reduce torque on the bumper.
