Longer studs are only needed if you're going with thinner spacers, like .5" or .25". Thicker spacers in the 1"+ range need OE studs, because they'll have six holes for them, and provide 6 new studs for attaching the wheel.

Yep, it'll fit no problem. You'll need pretty much everything except the 6 anchors that you'll find under the existing rails that mount directly to the roof. (Don't remove those from your roof, btw...they're held in by nuts that will fall onto your headliner.)

Yep, no argument there about a particular order. I was only advocating what the FSM describes so that the OP has a sure-fire way to make-ready those sensors. I've been in both situations where, facing emissions testing, drove it randomly for some 100 miles, and drove it according to the FSM pattern....

For what it's worth, I just completed a long road trip during which I reset the ECU a few times (including while driving).
