Thanks VStar650CL. I think I'm just going to install a check valve as closest to the gas tank as I
possibly can. Maybe a simple $10 remedy, we'll see. Again thanks!

Where is the fuel line check valve on this car? I don't think it's built into the filter. So if it's not on the top of the fuel pump itself, it must be on the line somewhere.

Probably the filter. I'm pretty sure an '02 won't have a check valve on the fuel pump. On most of the older stuff which has a filter, the check valve is in the filter. If the check is stuck open, the fuel inside the rail will slowly siphon back into the tank. I think you are correct, Do you have an...

My 2002 pathfinder has a peculiar problem , if it is not started within a few days it won't start. I have to pull out the air filter and squirt in some starting fluid to start it. Any clues as to the cause of this?
Clogged fuel filter? Or?

I have a 2003 Pathfinder that beeps with the key in the ACC position of the ignition switch. Anybody know how to turn off the beeping?
