I do not think it it related to drivres door isse. There was a recall on that issue (At least for EU models). A little bit googling I found this: Recall Ref: R/2012/036 Exact Model: Navara & Pathfinder Description: DRIVER SEAT FAULT VIN: Build Date: 1 nov 2004 to 5 nov 2009 Numbers: 29866 Defect...

I had exactly the same problem. I let the dealer fix it within maintenance procedures. According to the dealer there was a problem with the servo zero positioning, which was somehow shifted.
Probably due to trying to open (accidentaly) while it was covered with ice.

I had similar issue last summer. I was lucky the engine was not damaged. The mechanics was stuck due to dirt and rust. To take it appart is quite straightfoward job to do. First remove the plastic cove,r then unplug the motor and check the voltage. Next remove a wiper and otsider cover. There are 3....

According your description of "clunks" appearing I would check the drive shaft joints. (both ends of front and rear drive shafts).

I think those clunk sounds will appear also when you are accelerating and releasing the gas pedal, no gear changes needed.

You do not need to remove the axle/shaft.
The replacement was a quite easy to do.. I did it few years ago.
As I remember, you have to remove an axle nut first, then push the axle a little bit and you will have some room to unbolt the wheel bearing.

I think that one will not work. Seems to be to new for your system (x9 vs x6 or x7)
Do you have HDD or DVD based system?
If it is DVD you might try to search DVD image from internet and burn it by yourself. Start searching from http://gpsunderground.com for example.

Does it change while truning right-left?
If yes, I would bet on wheelbearings.
If not would check the u-joints, probably one of the front driveshaft.

I've done u-joints of front driveshaft twice and rear onec once. Also I've replaced all wheelbearings, front once and rear twice

I had exactly same symptoms. Turned out that AC pressure was low. Next I found a leak in rear AC lines under the body. First I was lucky, workshop was able to weld and stop the leak. 2 years later, same problem. Now the AC lines are replaced with somekind of rubber lines. I think the rear AC lines a...

Re: Replace rear lower suspension arms

So I'm left with replacing the lower suspension arms, as well as the camber adjustment bolts. I don't think I need to do my shocks, though I guess they are about 3 years old. Any other suggestions of parts that should be replaced? Or even better, any way for me to avoid having to replace these thin...
