So i fixed the button. If anyone ever has this issue...it's quite simple to pop the back panel off the tailgate. 3 screws: one in the pull handel and two begind the first aid kit - after that, it's plastic clips around the edges and it pops right out. 4 screws to remove the back plate on the outside...

Thanks for the help so far, do you pop the tabs out from underneath ( i would image with a flat head screwdriver?)... Really want I want to do, is currently the side is popped out but the tabs dont appear to be broken, ideally id like to find a way to pop them back in and try to pop the dent out wit...

Remove all screws and clips along the front edge, (at quarter panel) the bottom and underneath the lift gate. You have to remove the tail lamps to access the clips hidden underneath them too. I managed to back into a small pole and got a decent sized dent in the bumper...dealership wants 700 to replace it, but i want to try and take it off, pop the dent out and see how it looks.

It sounds pretty normal,,when in 4Hi it locks the centre diff for a 50:50 Torque distribution,,while in Auto it manages to switch between the two with out you actually doing anything. I only speak from experiance with my Ram.......The Pathy is a compleatly diff animal. All I know is that my 07 Stock Pathy has more balls than my 04 Ram that has a Volant CAI, Borla proXS muffler and,Modded y-pipe.......Its actually pretty embarising. That is why I have given my ram to my wife........
