2006 and no it didnt come.with them but i.put.them on when the control arms were changed.

well fyi i have installed cheap ebay hid retrofit kis. the yellow ones for fogs, and 5500k high/low kit for headlights. when i drive at night i very rarely turn on my highbeams. it is like daylight in front of my vehicle.
