Totally depends on the type of lift man. Spacers will be cheaper but quality will suffer. Check out the rancho website and bilstein site. They have the best leveling kits. Rough Idle
Almost through one tank of 91 with a bottle of Techron fuel system cleaner and I'm a firm believer. The Pathy is purring like a mountain lion. Fixed the idle vibration completely.
