People/stuff, hitch and tongue weight are factored into the GVW of the tow vehicle. You don't want to exceed the GVWR of the tow vehicle. You still shouldn't exceed the tow rating/GCWR though.

Pump them up to 45-50lbs and you will notice a big difference. Well, determined today that even though the system indicates that the relay is not for the 2012 Path it is still needed to get the +12 V at the 7 pin plug.
