Camber issue after 2" lift

I got rough country (superlift) front upper control arms and 2" 4x4design spacers. Problem I'm having is the front has too much positive camber \ / and the alignment shop says that the front must be lowered in order for the front end to be in spec. WTF? I thought the rough country arms are good...

Will a frontier Baja style bumper work with R51?

I was looking at this one and I know I'll have to cut the stock bumper in half and discard the lower part. But are the Frontier fender and grill the same dimensions as a Pathy?

I shut off the check engine light and it hasn't been back for about 150mi. so far. Keeping fingers crossed!

I got an email from muffler express, they said it was probably a bad ignition module, or an exhaust leak or a bad after cat sensor. I'll check for an exhaust leak after work today but if it turns out the cat is some how defective I'm out shipping back to Canada and shipping to me and 10% restock fee...

The new one isn't oem, it's from muffler express. I brought off of ebay, I'm gonna send them an email but I'm thinking I'm SOL.

SES light is on and I've got P0430 and P0420. I'm stumped at this point cause the dealer just did the tune up and they checked it and said I need 2 new cats (even though 1 is new).
