Re: Just got a 2010 Pathfinder with 89,000 miles.

Going to Chicago I got 15.5 on highway with non-alcohol gas. With gasohol I do 14.5. Premium gas really not worth price $1 price difference IMHO. Got my beast for only $10K. In my opinion putting $3K in maintenance early will give me a ride until I die. It had new tires. I already had a remote star...

no one noticed the 2022 Frontier seats inside of the R51 that bolted right in?
Thought they were aftermarket. Cool indeed if the new Frontier seats are a bolt up!
I think it would start a trend on this website !

I had a slow leak that lost about a half pound each week compared to the other tires. That turned out to be the the valve stem, and not the tire itself.
hmmmm... interesting...

Re: Camshaft position sensor

Just did this repair on my 2005 Pathfinder with 400k kms on it. This is the first time I've replaced them. I ended up buying the Hitachi sensors through Rockauto, for about $100 for both. The Hitachi sensors matched up exactly to the sensors I pulled out of my engine. So this confirms they are OEM ...

Finally got myself a compressor air pump

Finally got myself a compressor air pump for my tires. I have one tire especially where it has a super slow leak. Maybe 2-3 psi per month. No one has been able to locate it. So every month I pay my $$ at the gas stations air pumps. Often they are broke or take your money beofre you are done. T...

It always makes me smile when I fit 10' 2x4s in the pathy. I took down a section of our fence yesterday a built a double gate to replace it, easily fit all the lumber and hardware in the pathy in one trip. Granted it's a small job, but do I need a frontier? Truck no! :D
Awesome!! :P

Re: Rear Swaybar/Subframe

Hoping someone has encountered this issue... Have a had a clunk going on for sometime and have been trying to pinpoint this for weeks. I found at a least one source of the clunking sound. It looks like the rear swaybar mount on the passenger side rusted and pulled off of the subframe and is just da...

Re: No tow/haul button…

Hi, I tow a 26' Jayco with a GVWR of 5500 lbs. Spatula is correct, don't overload your Pathfinder or trailer. You're vehicle's payload is on the tire size/inflation sticker. It varies depending on how each vehicle is equipped. Payload includes passengers, cargo, trailer hitch (a load leveling hitch...

Re: Picked up a 2023 Rock Creek yesterday

I really like it. There are some things I feel that should be standard equipment that it is missing. No auto-dim rear view mirror, no wireless charging pad, no two position memory on the drivers seat, no power lift hatch. Simple things that would make it so much nicer. Have you taken it on any big ...
