To me it almost seems like there is a clearance issue as well. At certain times I know I can litterally hear the outside from the rear drivers side door. Im almost thinking of putting 3m two sided sape under the seal for just a little more standoff?

If I have an 08 do I need to do the bypass? Also if your tranny is replaced under warranty for this issue do they give you a new transmission? Or do they give you a used one with similar miles?

Why would lockers help this? Lockers on that front aluminum diff would make it more likely to go.

None. Should have probably gone 1 size taller.

I just put a new set of open country A/T II on my truck and love them. Will try to put a picture up. I went one size bigger and I have no suspension mods. 265/65/r18. I had them on my previous SUV and would not get a different tire.
