I wouldn't recommend getting used ones; the plastic bushings are already worn and you weaken them more when you pry them off of the ball stud. Last thing you want is to be driving in a rain storm and have the wipers stop working! New links aren't that expensive.

The alternator from Nissan will be # 2310M-EA20ARW and will be listed as remanufactured. Nissan has always sold replacement starters and alternators as "remanufactured" although they usually look (or are) brand new.

Either replacing or fixing...your option. If you can get a good, used unit for a much less than it would cost to have it repaired, I would go that way. Did you check out the place I suggested before?:
