I don't have a 2013 but this is pretty common with newer cars. It shows that all the gauges are working. Kind of the same thing as all the dash lights coming on briefly so you can check for bulbs out.

Did they replace, what I laughingly call, the skid plate? I took mine off so I didn't have to mess with it to change the oil. My milage dropped about 2 mpg on the average. Just put it back on.
