That's the exact sensation I'm getting. Thinking about changing the transmission fluid since it hasn't been changed since 40,000 miles ago. Hopefully that will help.

No stumbling, just a jolt. You can hear/feel a thump when letting off the gas or barely pressing the gas pedal. It never does any of this with OD off. I don't think I have vacuum leaks. I've sprayed hoses with starting fluid and had no change in idle.

Odd jolt/odd RPM issue

I have a 2005 2WD, that at times while letting off the gas, I'll get a slight jolt. The RPMs will dip to about 600 and quickly jump to 1000 . If I lightly tap on the gas I get a slight bump or jolt. Seems like it only does this when it rainy outside or when the compressor is running. Never does it i...

I did the job myself. It's a beast to get the front timing cover off. You will need a special ring gear stopper. You can order the tool from Suzuki parts (the Suzuki Equator has same engine as Pathfiner), it's cheaper than others. https://suzukipitstopplus.com/Products/689-ring-gear-stopper-usedrefu...

Try holding down the set button (without the key being in) for a few seconds until the 1&2 buttons light up.

I just completed my timing chain service. Not too difficult, just very time consuming. The worst part was removing the timing cover. Very difficult to pry apart with all the RTV they use. The ring gear stopper is very necessary (which I'm willing to part with $). I did not remove the valve covers to...

I just did the same thing yesterday. I tied the condenser to the grill with shoe string, loosened the bottom bolts and removed the radiator and brackets together. It went back in with the brackets attached. I had to lift the condenser up a little to get the pegs back into the bracket. The hardest ra...

I guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get it done but will have to park it and ride my bike until I have enough cash. It gets better gas mileage anyway! Anyone know of a shop in the North Carolina Triad area that can do it cheaper than a the stealership, please let me know. I'm in the tr...

I'm having the same problem, no starting after replacing the sending unit. I can hear the pump running when I switch the key to the on position. What could be the problem? Too much air in the system?
