If I cycle throught the different blower vent positions, it actually takes a while for the vent doors in the dash to open and close. It's definitely not right. Could this be due to a vacuum leak? I think the leak is hidden actually. It's not easily visible either way.

So I decided to try the "silver" solder powder stuff and I think it's worked. I don't smell coolant and don't see anything on the frame where I used to see moisture. Hopefully it holds strong.....

My guess is serpentine belt. I would call it more of a chatter than a squeak.....does it make any noise when you start it cold?

Lol,....doors handles would definitely look good but I wonder how plasti dip would hold up to the constant handling.

It may be possible. Taking ideas from Doctahjones, I removed my running boards and sprayed the wheels, rocker panels, and mud flaps. I may to the door handles next.
