Personally, I would stick with 5W30. One of the reasons they use thinner oils on today's engines is that bearing clearances are a lot tighter than they were years ago. They also want thinner oil to make sure the top end and camshafts receive lubrication as fast as possible during start-up. 5W30 wil...

Darn it! I hate you guys with long legs! If I removed mine I would need a running start to jump in my Pathy! I'm keeping my running boards right where they belong.

If yours is running so good and checks out good I would not do it but that's just me. Frankly it would make me to nervous that I would be buying someone's issues.

My only issue with the 4runner (and the same goes for the Taco) is the lousy, uncomfortable seats and seating position. For short trips it isn't too bad, but it's terrible on long trips. Well, make that two issues... The new ones are also butt ugly, IMO! Exactly! The new ones have the same seating ...

Nissan was pushing to increase their market share to 10%. To do this they had to cut down on some of the low sellers and boost the econo cars and CUV sales which are selling like hot cakes in America right now. I too loathe that Nissan has forsaken their 4x4 enthusiasts by killing the Xterra and ne...

Roof rust!

Ok so this seems to be fairly common on R51 Pathfinder's and Nissan Frontiers rust in the two rain (gutters) on either side of the roof! I was looking at my 2012 today and wow there it was rust in the gutters! Anyway what's the best to use here some factory paint or paint the gutters with bed liner ...

They look real good for the millage. I has seen some plugs out of a Nissan Frontier with the same V6 with 175,000 miles and frankly they could have made 200k by the look of them!

Wow nice job! I assume with this mod you plan to keep your Pathy for the long haul? It must give you a sense of less worry with the new radiator in place. I don't know if you do any towing but there is an aftermarket aluminum finned transmission oil pan that holds an extra quart and is supposed to k...
