My decent snow story came last year, about April. In Mid-Missouri we were hit by about 4-6 inches of snow with a freezing rain on top. It was pretty nasty. I had taken a small group to a rural corner of the state to watch the 100 Acre Wood Rally knowing that snow was on the forecast, but somewhere b...

Well you can either get the Nissan ones from Nissan (or online vendors) or get an aftermarket company's version.

SPC is the company I usually go for and any local parts house should have them.

Or just search for "2011 Pathfinder rear camber bolts" and click on shopping.

Ya, reflecting on my current job: we have 4 service writers and 1 manager. No foreman and no distributor. Work is given to whomever needs it at the time, with the exception of the VW that require special training. Half the service writers were car salesmen before this job (and their customer service...

Exactly. Sad state of affairs. I think you might get lucky if you find an independent shop that isnt looking to maximize profits (at least, to the point that they're skimping on regular inspections and quality work) but you'll probably be looking for a trade in on time. I'd say you could bring the e...

Did the noise come with any change in vehicle speed? I'm from America, so not sure what comes in your Pathfinder's accessory package, but I wouldnt think that ESP would work directly on the transmission but more so on the brakes. Its hard to say what that noise could be though, perhaps when you were...

Not defending but...chances are your vehicle got worked on by the lowest paid guy in the shop with the least technical training or job experience. If he isnt paid by the hour, then he has to do an inspection of the vehicle that doesnt actual make him any money unless he sells something. He opened th...

I gave my offer for the Cooper Discoverer AT3's in december. Since then these tires have been awesome. For your deep snow case, I took a roadtrip in february in Missouri with one of our larger snow storms in the last few years. It was a light dusting at noon, and by the time we hit the road it was s...

Here is the link I saved for information: http://x.nissanhelp.com/forums/frontier-hb-truck/17342-fyi-diy-timing-chain-tensioner-whine-vq40-repair.html Would appreciate an update/tips you have when you complete your...

Hmmm that's a good one. Would definitely make sense as to why the compressor would totally stop working at times and others work just fine.

Now to recreate it ;) lol

Thanks!

Random A/C compressor INOP?

So, as is typical with increased temperatures, my A/C has randomly been blowing hot. Not like hotter than ambient temps hot but definitely nothing going on in the A/C department. Typically if I drive and suffer through it though it'll randomly start working again and perform excellently. I hadnt rea...

I'm definitely ok the way there are. I plan on blacking out the emblems and getting some of the plastics back to black. When all that happens I'd rather not having the bright shiny silver on the wheels and will properly address them then ;) I do love those wheels though, you'll get a lot of compleme...
