I'm not sure about the Pathy, but I dealt with a Chevy HHR that had an adequately working pump (running 45psi at idle instead of 50-60psi) but the fuel pressure regulator (thats built into the pump) was faulty and would let the pressure drop the second the pump turns off. So, you turn the key on and...

I also did the 200lb McMaster struts (with the 4 ends). Came out to 50 bucks all said and done. Being 6'5", these guys made a world of difference. It brings the hatch to its stopping point and holds it there, no problem. There's no serious risk of getting upper-cutted or anything, its not that ...

Definitely should hold it at any angle, with enough pressure. You can try pushing the e-brake pedal down a few times, it might adjust out...otherwise I'd inspect the shoes and/or try again. I've found that once I get close on an adjustment I'll set the pedal down a tooth or two and see if I can move...

Dont think thats a filter of any kind...typically companies put a little foam around things that pass thru metal walls (fenders, firewall) to keep NVH (noise vibration, harshness) down to a minimum. I wouldnt put too much thought into it, doesnt mean anything really.

That'd be my guess. Unless the parking brake is inside the rotor...in which case it could be a loose shoe. I forget if these are internal or work with the normal caliper

Gotcha, well sounds like you're headed down an appropriate path. I work today and I'll see if I can find anything online about the ABS unit and bleeding or if there are any TSB's out.

I'd like to get one of those might vac's, dont they have adapters where you can do coolant fills easier too?

If I remember correctly the 80lb weight limit is for a moving vehicle. I think, like you said, its capable of far more and that is how RTT's work.

The weight limit covers the downforce/weight transfer of normal driving.

How does the pedal feel in general? Usually a leaky master cylinder seal will allow the pedal to hit the floor (brake fluid seeping past seals, offering no resistance/pressure). Even a minor leak there leaves the pedal feeling very spongy/no resistance. If it doesnt hit the floor but you're not gett...

I forget, do those have E-fans or belt/crank driven ones?

Either way, make sure they're kicking on/increasing flow when you turn on the AC. The condenser in front of the radiator tends to get hot with the compressor running, so extra airflow is important.

Hard to say, going to their website it would appear the only thing they're selling that is truly there's is a front coilover setup that isnt even labeled with Pathfinder. That setup is also 1000 bucks just for the front struts. Not to try to sell you on the Rancho lift (I dont have it, but plan on g...

If I had to guess you should be looking at like 5 hours of labor (2 for the fronts, 1.5 for the rear and another 1.5 for the alignment).

Multiply that by whatever the shop's labor cost is and then start figuring your parts situation.

You should be able to figure out what ballpark they're in...

Welcome! Its a great site but if I could make a recommendation: Use the "Search" icon beneath the title not the "Google Custom" one below it. I've had much better luck with the main search tool. It'll even let you narrow the search to one particular group (IE: r50, r51 etc). Enjo...
