Go with what the GPS says. The vehicle's speedometer relies on assumptions of tire diameter in calculating a linear distance from number of tire revolutions. Treadwear and tire pressure could contribute to error. I've observed the opposite of Mark, on every vehicle I've seen the speedometer reads 2...

I see what you mean about the rear ones of the in-channel WeatherTech brand (and other brands of in-channels i presume). I'll continue to check around and see which ones I like the looks of best before I make the purchase...thanks for the help and input, all!

In my previous vehicle, it always read 2-3 mph slower than the GPS would show.....and I think the GPS was right. Just my input...not scientific or any data to back it up other than my personal experience. Haven't put the GPS in my new Path yet so I don't know if there's a discrepancy in it yet...

I run the same visors. Tension from the design helps hold them in channel but they do actually come with an adhesive strip. So there is a positive grip from the adhesive tape and the visors design prevents it from simply falling out. You'd have to rip/bend it out. They haven't left any marks on my ...

I have had the Weathertech in channel ones on my '05 since it was new... They are the best I've seen... They mount close to the window and don't use tape to hold them in place... You can see pictures in my signature below (VIEW MY ALBUM/MODS)...... Triffid http://www.weathertech.com/ So I guess tho...

Vent visors for the windows...?

Who here has vent visors (or rain guards or whatever you want to call them) on your Paths? If you do, what brand do you have and how well do you like them? If you have friends who have others on theirs, how do they compare? I'm basically looking for any info you can share! Thanks in advance...I'll b...

Mine is the V8 and has most of the options on it...very nicely equipped. I like it a lot so far and I've only had it a couple days! Mine is white and I like how the chrome and white look together.

Okay, thanks for the info. Like I said, what I have heard may not be true or may have been specific to a particular vehicle. If you could test it out, however, to confirm no problems that would be great! I just got my new Pathfinder LE on Friday so it may be awhile before I do any mods but those LED...

How easy were the LED tails to install? They look nice! Any problems? I don't know why it's the case but I've heard in other forums regarding other vehicles that sometimes installing LED tails on a vehicle that didn't originally have them can mess up the cruise control...again, not sure why but just...
