I believe I have the Sylvania silver star bulbs, and I'm very pleased with them compared to other pricey bulbs.

I have it too, and it drives me insane at times. On another vehicle I had, it turned out to be the contacts for the indicator stalk, but the Pathfinder wheel is significantly more work to take off and experiment with.

Sometimes it really does help to turn it off and on again. Turns out the screen wasn't actually dead, but somehow "frozen". When I grabbed something from the car at night I noticed the screen was actually illuminated. There wasn't anything on it, but the backlight was on. And I could hear ...

Screen went blank, audio won't turn off

So, we have an '07 LE with the navi and Bose package. Wife comes home, tells me the volume doesn't work and the screen won't turn on. Sure enough, the screen is blank, and volume and tuner dials don't do anything. I think I checked all the appropriate fuses, and all I can do is yank the audio fuse t...

Agreed, and I had the same thing happen several times. People approaching me, actually, asking how I liked the car. Few months ago I had someone walk up to me that was considering one but was hesitant on pulling the trigger because of fuel mileage. While I couldn't soothe his conscience on the milea...

Okay, got this set up for buying just the hats and hardware. That way you can get rotors, lines, calipers, and pads on your own. Just the hats and hardware will be $385 shipped to your door. They will be the new design, so they will look a little different, and they will come anodized black. Will t...

I have some negative camber in the back, but yours is significant. I don't see that much camber being caused just by bad alignment in the rear.

Is the back squatting? Worn out struts or sagged springs in the rear?

I have bad personal experiences with the cheaper Denso plug. Two out of 8 plugs (4cyl hondas) had funky wear on them prematurely.
Switched to NGK, and runs flawless again.

No clue what plugs are in my pathy.

That's insane usage. So many things can get destroyed when your engine is detonating like that with diesel in it. Most of the parts in there besides the crank and rods are aluminum. I don't have a lot of experience with the Pathfinder engine, but I have a lot of "tuner" buddies that drive ...

Most car part stores will have plastic push pins available for this purpose. Little bit of sillyconkarne on the sides and it'll seal.

Very clean paint job! But why didn't you just take the badges off with dental wire? Probably quicker than masking like that.

As a guy that used to work in the car tuning scene, the price point isn't that outrageous. Especially considering it includes 3 baseman tunes collated from what looks like actual engine data.
