NOOB ALERT! LOL. Great forum first off. I practically LIVE on 300ZXclub.com and love how places like this give so much info and insight! So I've noticed the majority of the Pathfinders towing large loads are the 4x4 offroad ones. My wife's '06 SE isn't the offroad package and I need to haul/tow my ...

I've had 4 alignments done over the last 75K miles on my '06. I do a rotation about ever 5K miles. Both the factory General's and my current Pirelli's have worn the outside edges big time. My question is, what impact does using the Airlift Airbags have on alignment (if any), and what setting should ...

Last month my wife and I went down to a friend's beach house on St. Augustine Beach in FL - we drove down in my wife's Nissan Rogue AWD. The part of the beach we were staying on was flat and pretty firm, I saw cars (2wd) driving on it all the time. One afternoon we went several miles to a beach fron...

I tow a 22' boat w/ my 2006 Pathfinder. You will have no problems with your boat. The AirLift would be nice to have, but not mandatory by any means. As far as the ramp - take it slow and easy and you'll have no problems. I think I've only needed 4WD a couple of times ever on the ramp. Once someone e...

I have about 40K miles on the same tires (265/70/16 size though) and have really liked them. I do get my dirty pretty often as I do a lot of camping/hunting/fishing. They actually have done really well. I will probably replace mine later this summer in the 45-47K of use range. Mind do flat spot some...

I find that when towing our boat (4000-4500lbs depending) I get the best MPG below about 65 or between 73-75. If I try to keep it right around 65-70, the torque converter unlocks on the hills and I go into super-gas-burn-mode. With the cruise set, I do about 11-12 mpg at 65-70MPH and about 14 at oth...

I took mine off of my '06 back in '06 right after I bought it - to each his own I guess.

I tow a boat at 4,000+ (more like 5,000 if we are camping) with surge brakes on the trailer - out of the 70,000 miles on my '06 V6 4x4 I'd guess 5000-6000 have been towing this load. Also figure in another 1500 miles with my 1600lbs open trailer (no trailer brakes, have had up it full of landscaping...

Is everyone capping the old nipples on the bottom of the radiator, or leaving them open? I just did mine (it takes like 5 min to take off the skid plate with a electric screwdriver and a 10mm socket, then 5 more to splice the lines), but left the nipples open as I didn't happen to have caps. I was t...

Is our battery power gauge not trustworthy to know our battery strength and if we need to replace our battery? Im at 3 years and 36K, and looks like im falling into the category with others about needing a new battery. But my gauge reads that my battery is above the center. Whats up with Nissan and...

I can't seem to find this part number, or a sending unit that would correlate, on http://www.courtesyparts.com -- could someone post the complete part numbers we need...or just link?
