A late reply, but life has been busy as of late. Our issue was a lack of refrigerant. Apparently the schrader valve was a little loose and allowed it to leak. The dealer recharged the system and we have had ice cold A/C since. The service tech mentioned that if the pressure in the system is out-of-w...

Our 2010 is actually at the dealer right now being looked at for a similar issue. A/C has been getting worse and doesn't even blow cold any longer. The auxiliary fan up front of the radiator also comes on at odd times Got a call from them a few minutes ago and they said that they're going to do a le...

Definitely post up your results motojockeytx. CarID specifically calls out that they fit 2008-2011 - if this is the case, then at least there's an option for us, even if they're just a black version of the stock lights.

Nice!

How do you like the fit/finish?

Also, for those of us who don't have stock foglights, did the new ones come with any hardware?

Thanks, and nice write-up!

One thing to note with the nissan ones if you live anywhere where they salt the roads. If your tires last a few years and you don't remove the valve covers, they'll corrode onto the valve stems and make it difficult to remove. On my Xterra's spare tire, it caused me to snap off the valve stem making...

You're probably on the right track with your diagnosis. If you don't have the ability to have it scanned, you can remove the wheel sensors to inspect, one may have some gunk on it which could be giving you the error. It's not uncommon for those sensors to go bad. You'll also note that you won't be a...

Sorry to hear about your experience there :(

I know of a couple of others who have had bad experiences there as well - both with sales and service. Luckily, I haven't had the (dis-)pleasure.

For those who don't know, Coastal Nissan is in Norwell, MA (South Shore)

Getting the electrical systems to work together would be a pretty huge undertaking as all of the drivetrain components in the pathy are integrated. Besides that, as for hardware, if you're going to be throwing down 450hp, you'll probably want the 4l80e and transfer case out of a 2500 series truck or...

My Xterra had this issue and it ended up being the heat shield on the exhaust manifold. It had corroded around one of the mounting bolts and caused it to come loose. Drove me nuts for a few months before I figured it out.

May not be your issue, but worth a look :D

I'd also recommend PRG - Everything I've got from Greg has been been top-notch and he's actually out there in the desert using his own products both on his truck and his wife's. Also, look in the for-sale section here - doctahjones has some adjustable bilsteins for sale for a great price. 8) **EDIT*...

Where are you located? Anything is possible. The problem with starting with a 2wd is that your electronics aren't completely compatible with 4wd drivelines. Traction control and ABS look at vehicle dynamics and adjust brakes and throttle accordingly. A friend of mine is good with swaps on the xterra...
