I never have liked pin stripes so for sure get rid of them. I would keep a moulding on the side, it's whether you like the chrome or not, but I like the way the moulding breaks up the side and gives it some detail.

The side profile, with the black roof looks cool but I don't like the view from the top. No to the hood and if you are considering the front bumper and fender, I would consider the rear fender as well, looks out of balance. Post a picture with the rear fender painted and let's take a look.

I lie the jeep style black roof. I'm against all pinstripes. Leave the moldings on it looks weird without it.

Ever thought of just having your Pathfinder painted black?

or any other color besides white, yes. it's the only thing i don't like about mine is the white. but the next closest v8 4x4 that i could find at the time was 700mi away.

No way! I love the white pathfinders. Plus in Florida it makes a HUGE difference when it's sitting in the sun.

I have a white 2006 S 4x4 white. When I bought it (last fall), it had some aftermarket dual pinstripe on it. First thing I did was remove it. So glad I did. It didn't come w/ mouldings.

I do want to plastidip the rims soon though!

I like the idea of removing the pin stripe. doing the jeep top black i don't think would turn out as well as you might want. but what about doing the grill and hood?

I think plasti dipping any of the body panels will look like you're trying too hard. I like it monochromatic. I can see ditching the pinstripe though it does provide the eye with a line to follow. I'd opt to keep the molding if I were you. Guess what i'm saying here is if you have to do anything, ditching the pinstripe seems safe but that's as far as I would go if I was to do anything.

Have to second this. Note sure how hot it gets in Denver but I don't see much positive coming from a black hood/roof when it comes to heat retention.

it has nothing to do with the heat aspect, solely a aesthetic preference. i just don't like white cars. no idea why, i'd seriously almost like a pink color better than white.

If you do a pink photo shop of it you might as well put the Barbie logo on the side to go with the color!

i say yes to removing the pinstripe. but even with dark wheels, i still think that chrome molding looks might clean on the white. and i normally hate chrome. ive even considered looking these up for mine.
