Strange behavior in Auto 4WD

Postby kneehurts » Tue Feb 12, 2013 5:53 pm

2008 V6 LE 103K

When driving the truck in Auto 4wd and you let off the gas the rpm's drop way down and it kind of thumps (tachometer bounces) looking for a gear. It also seems to stay a gear instead of up-shifting when going down a steep hill at higher speeds in auto 4wd. Truck does not do any of the above in 2wd and runs fine. Any ideas?
