Thinking of adding some bigger off-road style tires

Postby Narko111 » Sat Mar 08, 2014 10:13 am

I have a 97 with the XE stock 15 inch wheels. I know they are small and not very wide, but I can't bring myself to pay for new wheels right now. Anyone know what size I could go up to and have a good recommendation of brands?
I have not lifted the pathy at all so they can't be too huge or they won't fit.

Thanks for the advice.

In case you do want to lift it without breaking the bank, have a look at my website here : http://www.4x4design.com/r50-lift-kit.php

You will see exactly hi high you can and what it would look like with bigger tires.

Cheers.

Those look really cool and not expensive at all.
How would I go about installing them? Is it something I could do myself?

Absolutely. All you need is some basic tools and a spring compressor for the front strut.
