I replaced my fog lamps today!

Postby porksoda » Mon Jun 02, 2014 12:20 am

Well when I purchased my Pathfinder the foglamps were all cracked and broken. I decided to order some new foglamps off ebay which were like $35 shipped. They came pretty quick and they are very easy to install.
All I had to do was turn my tires and remove the inner fender screws(4 total). After that I was able to pull the inner fender back to access the fog lamp. I just had to remove 3 screws to remove the fog lamp. Just reverse it all from there and you are done. Sorry I did not take pictures from beginning to the end.

Nice!

How do you like the fit/finish?

Also, for those of us who don't have stock foglights, did the new ones come with any hardware?

Thanks, and nice write-up!

the ones I got for my '12 used the same hardware that held the knockout panels in. came with a harness and a factory-lookalike plug that fit in one of the cutouts on the dash, things cost like 70 bucks on fleabay

Thanks, Josh. I think I'll order a set as well.
