Interesting, my front not a problem, the rear did need machining. Mine is a 2008 V6

Steve is a good guy as is Kenny. They did the front and rear locker install for me.

I think the groove that was originally machined wasn't deep enough.
My shop supposedly sent Steve pics back, but I didn't see them.

I have the Lokka in the front and like it, but may move to the ARB someday too!

It was around 2K total, but well worth it.
When the Off Road Shop took my rear diff apart, the spider gears were all chewed up. So it was only a matter of time before that imploded!
Luckily the ARB replaces the whole internal gearing with forged parts meant to take some abuse!

I'll hopefully get out and wheel in the next month or so. 8)
My trucks long travel 35s and lokka is a bad combination on the stock CVs and have broken 2
