Radio, A/C, entire head unit wont turn on!!

2012 Nissan Pathfinder. No Bose radio but backup camera package

So about 10 months ago i installed after market speakers, an amp, and Line out converter. I got everything to work fine with exception to a alternator whine. I dealt with it up until today but figured to take another shot as possibly fixing the whine. I didnt touch anything except remove the ground for the LOC. Now nothing works!! Did the LOC ground have anything to do with the power to my entire unit? Any ideas how to get my radio back?

I would reconnect the battery cable and check all of the fuses and fusible links.
