Night Lights not working

Postby Maverick » Tue Nov 15, 2016 10:26 am

I've got an '05 and the running lights work fine, then when you switch it to the night lights, the left one slowly goes out, then a slowly back on when you switch it to high beams. I replaced the bulb and it worked for about 15 minutes then quit again. Any ideas? Is it a fuse or more electrical things?

I would inspect the ground circuit for the bulbs, first, and your battery cable connections and then your charging system voltage. The headlights are powered from the BCM, so it's possible that the BCM may be the problem. However, one would need to diagnose it per the steps in the factory service manual.
