2004 SE brake pads

Anyone have experience with after market front brake pads? Not satisfied with stock pads.

I was told Akebono Euro Ceramic was a good (and less expensive) upgrade (for a non-Nissan vehicle). Perhaps someone here has used them on a Pathfinder and will chime in so you have the feedback you need.

i used akebono pads from amazon. Only $50 plus shipping and they've been great so far for city driving.
