Driver seat not locking

ok my diver seat in 06 se wont stay in place its power, but under hard braking or acceleration it moves not by very much but enough for you to notice, im not that big like 5'10 180 pounds. So is there a adjustment that i can do my self to it to tighten it up? thanks in advance

So you have a power seat that is moving on it's own meaning the motor is moving the seat or a bolt is loose?

the seat motor its self is fine it dosent operate on its own its once you set it, it will move under force. so i guess the bolt is loose.
