4WD Light

Postby schmo9 » Tue Nov 10, 2009 2:41 pm

4WD indicator light has come on in the instrument panel.
No disturbing noises heard or anything unusual. Have not been switching between 2WD, AUTO, 4WD.

Anyone had this or any ideas what could have caused this...dodgy solenoid, switch, sensor etc?

tried my OBD2 but it doesnt seem to like diesels although it should read it.

Any help appreciated

Its a 2005 MT 2.5Dci Turbo

I'd try pulling the positive cable off the battery for a few minutes. Make sure you have your radio code if applicable.
