i think someone sneaks in my car and takes the passenger door apart little by little so it makes a new rattle everyweek. I'm hoping it just falls off one day so I don't have to hear it anymore

what are you talking about? i was refering to the driver seat making noise. not the door panel.

When it squeaks are you adjusting it or is it while driving and hitting bumps?

LOL... when I take a fairly deep breath, the driver seat squeaks. So no, lubing the tracks won't work, I think it's the springs/suspension of the back rest. I've learned to live with it.

My 10 SE has developed a nasty squeak coming from the very back near or on the back door. it may be the glass or the door itself.

That seems to be the number one complaint of these vehicles...the squeaks and rattles. For a 35k truck, it shouldn't rattle right off the lot. I can see several years of off-roading making it squeak, but not right off the lot.

My 06 drivers seat does the exact same thing! Every movement is accentuated with a nice squeak from the drivers seat. Have you pulled it apart and lubed it yet? I'll be curious if that works and what it costs.

I've got that one too. Let me know if you figure out where it's coming from. It squeaks like crazy on rough roads but fairly silent on good roads. This thing has a few rattles, but so did my Toyota Tundra. My wife's Odyssey is a complete rattle trap. My Dodge has very few if any and has over 200k miles towing at max GCVWR.

My seat squeaks exactly the same. Every time I brake...squeak
If I breathe at a stop light...squeak. Every bump in the road.....squeak. I it pretty loud an I am going crazy. Any luck finding a fix?

not yet. the noise got a little more quit or i've learned to ignore it . the best fix is to take it to a trim shop.

For the back door squeak - I had this pretty bad, but took some Phil Wood Waterproof Grease and lubed the lock mechanism (after cleaning it out with WD40) and the latch, I also did the hood mechanism. It's been quiet as a ghost ever since.

My passenger seat squeaked when ever anyone was riding in it. It turned out to be rubbing where the seat mounts to the floor. I installed nylon flat wahers between the mount & the floor - no more squeak.
I also had a squeak from the inner panel on the right front door. Removed the panel, put a strip of foam tape arount the edge of the panel & that solved that problem.
