Thule 4 bike carrier for 150$

Postby Captain » Wed Jun 23, 2010 5:06 pm

Just went to www.sportsathority.com to look at Thule carriers that I seen in the paper for 229$ from 350$. So I ask to have one from in back, turns out they where out of stock so they call around and could not find one in our area. So I ask if they would sell the floor model with a reduced price, we found out that the floor model has a bike lock bilt in that had the lock tumbler missing, I told them no prob throw in two 7' cable locks or 20% off. We agreed for 20% off, So were checking out and they can not find the squ # so the manager said how abou this 150$ for the rack and 15$ for the locks. I payed and ran out the door with a big smile and alot of thank U's to the manager and staff.

This is what I got for 150$ http://www.amazon.com/Thule-Ridgeline-H ... B002LBA3TE

I will get pics soon

Ok after testing I found that I also need the anti-seay brakets. i could get around with out them but it would be nice. Pull my wifes bike has such a harsh down angle of the top frame that I need to get this bolt on fame to make hers work. I jimmyed it for now but Im going to get it.

But I can not complain for 150$

That's a sweet deal, I got the same one from REI for $250ish, and that was with their 20% OFF coupon.
