dribbling rear washer nozzle

anyone else have leaking windshield washer fluid dribbling and leaking from the rear washer nozzle at highway speeds?

that sounds weird.

id imagine maybe a small short circuit somewhere making the tiny water motor spin slowly ?

difference in heat temps, and air bubbles in the water line expanding and sending water out ?

using your flux capacitor and water flowing due to excessive gravity pull ?
