Make sure whatever you buy that the Timing Chain guides have been replaced.. mine went on my 07 at 78,000.00 miles other than that and the Fuel Sending unit fix I have had no issues... Plenty of info on these boards.

There is the common radiator failure that leads to the replacement of the radiator and transmission. Nissan has extended the warranty to 80k miles. Many on the forum have done a bypass that saves the transmission. So I would look for one with the lowest miles possible so you can perform the 15 minute bypass and save yourself 7k in repair/replacement costs.

Other than that, they have been great trucks for most people. I have an 08 with the V8 and love it.
