my rear climate control is not working as far as adjusting the fan it is staying on continuosly any ideas of where to start trouble shooting this problem?

What year is your pathfinder? It it is a 2013, take that right back to the dealer and use your warranty.

It has an auto feature like the front that can be controlled by the front. Or you can set it to be controlled in the rear. Is either of that contributing?
