New (2nd owner) of a 2008 Pathfinder SE 4x4

Hi everyone,

I just bought a used black on black 2008 Pathy SE V6 4x4 with just under 98k miles. I am the second owner, and this is my 2nd pathfinder, my first pathfinder was a 1988! I also own a 2012 Titan Pro 4x so as you can see I love my Nissans.

Looking forward to getting acquainted with the new ride. Since it's coming up on its 100k mile service, what do you guys recommend to have changed and or looked at. spark plugs for sure right?

Cool, I also have a Titan as well parked next to my PF. Happy trails! I just got my PF, I always go through and change ALL the fluids. You going to swap out the radiator for a new unit? That seems to be the most important thing people recommend since they are known to leak coolant into the tranny via the radiators tranny cooler and destroy it...

Spark plugs are Iridium, which are good for 100K or more miles... they are expensive at 13 to 14 bucks online, but the NGK IR plugs are quality.

Glad to see another who keeps with the Nisan Family. I too have a Titan as the big brother to our '08 Pathy. They make a great pair (or trio if you happen to have an Xterra too 8) )

Thanks guys. Yea Ive been reading about the radiator contaminating the transmission. Scary stuff! Im going to go ahead and do the bypass asap. For those of you that swapped radiators, which radiator did you buy? Did you buy a radiator for a newer model (2012 or so) or did you go aftermarket?

I think I still love my Titan more, the V8 rocks! But happy to be keeping it in the Nissan family. Thanks again for your help!
