New to the Pathfinder World

hey folks,

I just bought a '99 pathfinder for my girlfriend. It was time to upgrade from her '94 civic with 350k km.
200k km, 3.4L, 4x4.
I'm really happy with with this SUV, lots of room and great to drive.
The only negatives is the lack of power, and bad fuel economy.

I'm a Ford guy and I dont know much about pathfinders or nissans in general. Is there any common issues or things I should be aware of on these models? Any help would be great.

What sort of adders are good for these things? (e.g/ exhaust, C.A.I, tuning)
