Possible New Pathfinder Owner

Hello Pathfinder Owners!
I am from Michigan and in the process of potentially buying a Pathfinder. The vehicle in question is a 1998 LE and it's pretty clean inside and out.
I wanted to know from you folks what known issue there might be with this vehicle if any and my main concern is the timing belt replacement. There are no records which indicate the timing belt has been replaced.
So just curious if this is a pretty reliable vehicle which will last for years and miles to come if taken care of.
