New member from Wyoming with a 2013

Postby dc326 » Wed Nov 21, 2012 9:59 pm

Just saying hello..

I think I'm one of the few or the only one that has 2013 on here.

Completely different than the 05-12, but my other vehicle is a 2010 Pro-4X Frontier. So we do have some things in common.

Here are a few photo's of it;

The front dash has a high end feel

I love this, the ability to see what the tire pressure is on all four tires.

I know with my Frontier, when you get that low tire pressure light, it's good to know, but I would like to know what tire and how low it is.

Over all, I believe Nissan built the new Pathfinder with a car appeal rather than a truck appeal. It feels like your in a car that sits higher up, has 4 wheel drive and drives smooth and soft. The suspension soaks up all the bumps-hence a car feel. So far we don't have many miles on it and were excited to drive it more.

Looks nice. One thing I really like is how it displays the tire pressure. You can see what wheel has what pressure. Mine gives me all four tire pressures but does not tell me which tire is which pressure. :?

Keep us posted!

what model is it? S, SE, etc...

Also, did anyone notice the speedo goes to 160MPH? Holy crap!

Wonder what its speed-limited to... DC, maybe you can take it for a run to stretch its legs? Lots of nice wide open highways in Wyoming... I can't remember what the speed limit was on the interstate when I drove through last time...

Also, is 40PSI the rated pressure for the vehicle? Seems a little high, usually they say you're supposed be around 35PSI... What does the label say on the door jamb?

I'd like to take it out and see what it can do, but I think the wife would kill me if she found out what I was doing. We got the SL model and the door jamb says 33 psi.

Welcome to the forum. Do you plan on doing any towing with the new Pathfinder?
