Cracking jack cover around latch

Just wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem. I have a 2009 PF SE and the cover in the back that covers the jack was cracked around the handle. Also when you climb up into the back hatch area you can hear it crack and pop. There are tiny white stress cracks around this latch if you look from under the cover. The dealer ordered me a new one but this one has it too. I looked at two new 2010 that are on the lot and they have them also. The dealer has a used 2006 PF and it's cover is just fine. I have called NissanUSA and let them know that they have a issue with these covers. They are looking into it they say. Thanks.
