Tried to open the fuel hatch on my 1998 Pathfinder

and it won't open up. Now I don't know how I can get gas.

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

if it is cable controlled try taking off paneling on the side of the fuel door and see if you can see if the cable clip broke of if it got detached. the paneling inside the vehicle. good luck
