Need help replaceng window motor

I have a 2002 pathy and the motor in the front windows are both going out is there a video out there to help with this. Thanks.

I'm new here but i've read that our windows seize up in temps below 20 degrees. Apparently it can be corrected with silicon lube sprayed heavily in the window tracks. Search around for that and see what you can find. Hope that helps.

Since winter has started my driver window has been going up super slow. I am going to try lubbing it up and see what happens but if you find a write up on how to replace it I would appreciate seeing it as well.
