Need Help!!! Power Shift Indicator light

Need Help!!! Power Shift Indicator light

I just got my Path about a week ago and I notice that the Power shift indicator light wont turn off. I also notice that whenever I first takeoff my 1st shift doesn't shift between 3 and 5 Rpm. Is that normal? Thanks!!
