2010 rouge door lock horn chirp

is there a way to turn off the horn chirp when you lock the doors. (my mother-in-laws new car)

On your remote, hold the lock and unlock buttons at the same time for 2 or more seconds and the chirp will be turned off. to get it back you just do the same thing again and it comes back.
