95 Path hose emergancy

Postby mrlorendecker » Fri Mar 30, 2012 3:00 pm

I recently changed the spark plugs in my pathfinder and while changing the number 6 plug, i accidentally detatched a vacume hose. my gas milage has cut in half since the incident. I have no idea where it goes and cannot find the hose anywhere. I need to know where the other end is connected so I can reattach it or instal a replacement. the hose was connected at the top of the engine and went down behind it. that's all i know. If you have any clue where it goes or a link to a very detailed schematic leet me know.

It's likely to vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator located at the end of the fuel rail at the back side of the engine. Disconnected, it will cause the fuel system to run at full, unregulated pressure.
